All affinity massage tables and accessories come with a 2 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

All Porta-lite PROFESSIONAL GRADE massage tables and accessories come with a 5 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

All other Porta-lite entry level massage tables and accessories come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship

During this period any problems that may occur and which are covered under the warranty and extended guarantee, we will repair or replace free of charge.

The only exclusion to the above is damage to the upholstery as you can appreciate people can have accidents with the upholstery. If anything ever happen to a table you purchase from us please call us as soon as you notice and do not undertake any work yourself as doing so may void the warranty. We can claim back any products with manufacturing faults from the factory and if any work has been undertaken by yourself we will be unable to do so.
