How much will shipping be?
Delivery is free on all massage tables throughout the store. For orders less than £99, shipping is only £3.97. All orders above £99 get free delivery.

When I order from you how do I know that my payment details are secure?
Our online payment system is secured and verified by Sagepay, so your transaction is 100% safe. We do not hold your payment details beyond the current purchase and request that you re-enter your card details on every purchase beyond this. Our website is hosted on a secure server and you can verify this by looking at the address bar. it starts with "https" . The "s" means "secure" whereas some websites will just be "http" which means it is not hosted on a secure server.

Can I order by methods other than the internet?
We will accept orders by which ever method you prefer, via the Secure Shopping Basket, by Mail, by Fax, telephone or at our premises. All of the information you require to place your order is on the shopping basket page. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, lodgement to our bank account, Internet bank transfer, Paypal. With all these methods you can still place an Order on the Web site, just select whichever method you wish at the checkout page and pay as required.

When I order from you will I be receive any emails?
Our policy is simple: Via email, we will acknowledge the fact you have ordered, and will advise you that we have dispatched your order with a tracking number. You also have the option during registration to sign up to a newsletter to receive special offers etc. It is entirely up to you!
If you do not opt in, you will not receive any other unsolicited email, unless it is specifically to do with the order you have placed or prompted by you. However, if you do choose to opt in to our mailing list, we will be in contact periodically with valuable offers and helpful tips relating to your practice.

If my purchase is not delivered or arrives damaged how am I covered?
If your order is delayed or lost in the postal system or arrives damaged we will send a replacement to you asap. If it is damaged we will send a new one and collect the damaged one at our expense.

How soon will I receive my order?
For massage tables we use next working day delivery. Orders are dispatched using a next day service for the UK and normally a 3-5 day service for outside the UK. Smaller accessory items will arrive by Royal Mail within 1-2 days.

How do I know if your goods are of a high quality?
Massage Warehouse pride ourselves on offering products of the highest quality. Everyone who works here is or has been a therapist so we know what to look for and expect in quality massage equipment. Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?
Yes, absolutely. Our policy on returned goods is also simple - if you are not happy with what we have supplied, you may return it, and we will refund the purchase price so long as the item arrives back here with us safely and in a resalable condition within 90 days, No questions asked! Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do. Delivery price depends on the weight and size of your order. We have listed the delivery price to some destinations on our Delivery Information page. If your location is not listed please email us for a quote. When you email, please let us know the products you wish to order and your address. We will reply with a delivery price.
