When I order from you how do I know that my payment details are secure?

Our online payment system is secured and verified by Nochex, so your transaction is 100% safe. We do not hold your payment details beyond the current purchase and request that you re-enter your card details on every purchase beyond this.

Can I order by methods other than the internet?

We will accept orders by which ever method you prefer, via the Secure Shopping Basket, by Mail, by Fax, telephone or from premises. All of the information you require to place your order is on the shopping basket page. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque, Money Orders, Lodgement to our bank account, Internet bank transfer, Paypal. With all these methods you can still place an Order on the Web site, just select whichever method you wish at the checkout page and pay as required.


When I order from you will I be bombarded with offers and emails?

Our policy is simple, our emails to you will be purely on an advisory basis, we will acknowledge the fact you have ordered, we will advise you that we have dispatched your order with a tracking number. You also have the option during registration to sign up to a newsletter to receive special offers etc. It is entirely up to you!

All of this will be done via emails; you will not receive any other nuisance unsolicited mail be it electronically or by post, unless it is specifically to do with the order you have placed or prompted by you.

If my purchase is not delivered or arrives damaged how am I covered?

If your order is lost in the postal system or arrives damaged we will (subject to availability) resend the goods or offer a refund, although where items have arrived broken, evidence of damage may be required.
Royal Mail & our Couriers follow up on all items not delivered, so if you have reported a package as being lost they will contact you separately to follow the problem up from their end.

How soon will I receive my order?

For massage tables orders are dispatched using a next day service for the UK and normally a 3-5 day service for outside the UK. Smaller accessory items will arrive by Royal Mail within 3 days.

How do I know if your goods are of a high quality?
