Returns Policy

Massage Warehouse UK maintains a 14 day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery, verified through tracking information. We believe 14 days provides ample time for product inspection. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

Any returns after this period must be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Any item that does develop a defect as a result of a fault in the manufacturing process will be repaird or replaced. However we can assure you this won't happen as our tables and accessories are chosen carefully for their superior quality and workmanship.

We send all tables out in perfect condition. Each item is checked individually before despatch. When the item arrives at your address, please check item before signing with courier to ensure your table arrives in the same condition we sent it.

If you return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be refunded the cost of the item less the postage costs incurred by us in sending you the product. For massage tables and chairs this is £19.99 and for accessory items the charge is £2.99. Items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging before a refund can be issued. We suggest recorded delivery to ensure items are returned safely to us.

To return an item:

Place the item in the original shipping box or package. Include the original invoice. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item.

Call us at (+44) 1443 888171 and tell a customer service agent that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Refunds: Massage Warehouse UK will issue a refund upon receiving your returned order. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. Refunds are issued against the same method you used to pay for the original order.
