Delivery

All orders over £30 are delivered anywhere in mainland UK FREE OF CHARGE.

All Massage Tables are despatched using a next day courier free of charge. Massage accessories are despatched as standard using Royal mail or next day courier (depending on the weight of the order).

For Northern Ireland there is a £4.99 delivery charge on massage tables but massage accessories have a £2.99 delivery charge on orders under £30 and accessories are delivered free on orders over £30.

For Scottish highlands and offshore islands such as jersey, Guernsey and isle of Man massage accessories have a £2.99 delivery charge on orders under £30 and accessories are delivered free on orders over £30. For large items such as stools, chairs and tables please get in touch to get a price for delivery.

If you choose next day delivery at checkout please note the cut off time for same day despatch is 11am for porta-lite tables, 12 noon for affinity tables and all accessories as they come from different locations.

Returns Policy

Massage Warehouse UK maintains a 30 day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides ample time for product inspection. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

Any returns after this period must be covered by the warranty. Any item that does develop a defect as a result of  faulty workmanship or defective materials will be repaired or replaced. Please be assured this is a rare occurrence as our tables and accessories are chosen carefully for their superior quality and workmanship.

We send all tables out in perfect condition. Each item is checked individually before despatch. When the item arrives at your address, please check item before signing with courier to ensure your table arrives in the same condition we sent it.Alternatively please sign for the parcel as unchecked and any issues can be sorted out later.

If you return an item simply because you changed your mind, items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging before a refund can be issued. We suggest recorded delivery to ensure items are returned safely to us.

To return an item:

Place the item in the original shipping box or package. Include the original invoice. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item.

Send an email to returns@massagewarehouse.co.uk and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Include this number in the back of the original invoice, and return your order to:

Refunds: Massage Warehouse UK will issue a refund upon receiving your returned order. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. Refunds are issued against the same method you used to pay for the original order.
