Returns Policy

Everyone who works at Massage Warehouse, is or has been in the past, a qualified therapist.We stand behind our products and if for any reason you do not like something or it is not a good fit for you, we will accept it back no questions asked.

We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides enough time for product inspection. For massage tables, please note how it is packaged when it arrives (a photo with your phone may help!) and please keep all the packaging. You can set up the massage table and try it for size but if you think you will return it please do not use it for a treatment.

Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

Any returns after our standard 30-day returns period must be covered by the guarantee. Any item that does develop a defect as a result of faulty workmanship or defective materials will be repaired or replaced at our cost. Please be assured this is a rare occurrence as our tables and accessories are chosen carefully for their superior quality and workmanship.

If you return an item simply because you changed your mind, the cost of return lies with the customer. Items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging before a refund can be issued.

To return an item: 

Send an email to returns@massagewarehouse.co.uk and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. In the email please state:

1. what you are returning (the whole order or individual items from an order) and
2. your order number and
3. the reason you are returning the item.

Place the item in the original shipping box or package to protect the products from any damage during transit.

Refunds: Massage Warehouse will issue a refund upon receiving your returned order. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. Refunds are issued against the same method you used to pay for the original order.
