If you Bank with HSBC your payment will be instantaneous. If you do not bank with HSBC your payment can take up to 3 days to reach our account. Our bank lodgements are checked twice daily, in the morning and afternoon.

Returns Policy
Massage
Warehouse
UK maintains a 30 day return policy for returnable items
beginning with the date of delivery. Returnable items must arrive back
to us within 30 days of delivery. We believe 30 days provides ample time
for product
inspection. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged
during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.
Any
returns after this period must be
covered by the warranty. Any item that does develop a
defect as a result of faulty workmanship or defective materials will be
repaired or replaced. Please be assured this is a rare occurrence as
our tables and accessories are
chosen carefully for their superior quality and workmanship.
We
send all tables out in perfect condition. Each item is checked
individually before dispatch. When the item arrives at your address,
please check item before signing with courier to ensure your table
arrives in the same condition we sent it. Alternatively please sign for
the parcel as unchecked and any issues can be sorted out later.
If
you return an item simply because you changed your mind, the cost of
return lies with the customer. Items must be returned to us unused and
in their original packaging before a refund can be issued. Although not
essential we suggest recorded delivery to ensure items are returned
safely to us.
To return an item:
Send
an email to returns@massagewarehouse.co.uk and ask for an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorisation)
number. In the email please state what you are returning (the whole
order or individual items from an order) and your order number. We will
then send you the returns address.
Place
the item in the original shipping box or package to protect the products from any damage during transit.
Refunds:
Massage Warehouse UK will issue a refund upon receiving your returned
order. Returned items must be in their original unused condition. Refunds are issued against the same method you used to pay for the original order.
