Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming the cash has been refunded to your original payment method or we’ll send you a £32 voucher code for the store credit if that is what you prefer.

Remember:

• Ensure good lighting so we can see the product clearly. A smile always helps :) If the quality is not good enough, we will ask you to re take the photo or video! Check our photo and video examples first so you know exactly what we’re looking for.
  
  
• For the photo or video you’re sending us, please shoot them in landscape mode only, not portrait mode. That means you turn your phone sideways. This will allow you to get the entire width of the table in the shot.
  
  
• When you are posting the image or video to your instagram story, we know portrait (vertical) videos or photos look best. So, feel free to use a portrait image or video for your Story. But again, to reiterate, the video file you email us needs to be landscape (horizontal).
