Each treatment table will have the guarantee period stated in the description but below is an overview across the different brands and models.

All AFFINITY portable massage tables come with a

• 2 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and an extension to 10 Years on the Legs and cable system. All repairs and replacements will be carried out by Massage Warehouse free of charge and where the issue can be solved with a spare part, spare parts will be provided free of charge.

All Porta-lite Professional Grade massage tables come with a

• 2 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and an extension to 10 Years on the Legs and cable system. All repairs and replacements will be carried out by Massage Warehouse free of charge and where the issue can be solved with a spare part, spare parts will be provided free of charge

All Porta-lite entry level massage tables come with a

• 1 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components. Some models also have a 2 year guarantee on the leg and cable system (each massage table description page will specify)

All BodyPro massage tables come with a

• 1 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and a 2 year guarantee on the leg and cable system 

All EARTHWORKS massage tables come with a

• 2 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and a 10 Year guarantee on the Legs and cable system. All repairs and replacements will be carried out by Massage Warehouse free of charge and where the issue can be solved with a spare part, spare parts will be provided free of charge

All SPA ESSENTIALS & CLINIC ESSENTIALS electric treatment couches come with a

• 2 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and a 5 year guarantee on the frame. However, for your peace of mind, even after the guarantee ends we can source spare parts for you if ever required.  These ranges use DEWERT german motors which are the most reliable best quality in the industry.

All AFFINITY electric treatment couches come with a

• 2 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components.

All PLINTH MEDICAL electric & hydraulic treatment couches come with a

• 5 year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship on all components and a lifetime guarantee on the frame. However, for your peace of mind, even after the guarantee we can source spare parts for you if ever required for electric and hydraulic treatment couches. 

During this period any problems that may occur and which are covered under the guarantee and extended guarantee, we will repair or replace free of charge.

The only exclusions to the above is:

1. Accidental damage to the upholstery (rips, tears etc) or damage caused by the use of harsh cleaning products or chemicals. View our Upholstery Care Guide to make sure you never have this problem!

Carry Cases that come packed free with massage tables and chairs have a 1 year guarantee. Carry Cases have an average lifetime of 7 years but as they are fabric, some people can mistreat them, scrape them against pavements etc so we have to limit the guarantee on these to 1 year as everyone treats theirs differently.
