What To Do

✅ Film yourself using or demonstrating your accessory in a real treatment room or therapy setting. It doesn't need to be on a client, but it should look professional

✅ We're not going to tell you how long your video should be, but please ensure you have all the important points covered

✅ Film in landscape mode only (turn your phone sideways)

✅ Make sure you are in the video demonstrating or using the product

✅ Post it to your Instagram Story or Grid and tag @massagewarehouse.uk

✅ Upload your video to Dropbox (you can sign up for a free account) or your preferred video sharing service e.g. google drive, we transfer etc

✅ Email the video link + a screenshot of your Instagram post (or link to your post) to leanne@massagewarehouse.co.uk

What To Do

✅ Take a photo of yourself with the accessory in use or clearly on display in your treatment room. Make sure you are in the photo too.

✅ Make sure the product is clearly visible. Good lighting is essential - natural light works best, with the source behind the camera

✅ Send the photo to us in landscape orientation (portrait is fine for your Instagram Story)

✅ Post to your Instagram Story or Grid and tag @massagewarehouse.uk

✅ Email your photo + a screenshot of your Instagram post (or a link to your post) to leanne@massagewarehouse.co.uk

What To Include In Your Email

Along with your photo, please include:

• Your first name and city

• A short caption covering: why you chose the product, the features you love, what therapies you use it for, and any feedback from your clients

Once approved, we'll either send you £25 store credit (no expiry) or £20 back to your original payment method. Just tell us which you'd prefer.

Submit within 2 weeks of delivery! (Late submissions won’t be eligible!)

A few things to know:

• If you’re submitting a couch cover photo/video, please make sure the cover looks as neat and fitted as possible in your photo. Pull the ties underneath the couch tight, and if there’s any looseness on one side, gently pull the cover from the opposite side to help remove it.
  
  

• Landscape vs portrait: The file you send us must be landscape (phone turned sideways).For your Instagram Story, portrait is totally fine, post it however looks best!

• Ensure good lighting so we can see the product clearly. A smile always helps :) If the quality is not good enough, we will ask you to retake the photo or video! Check our example first so you know exactly what we’re looking for.

• File Quality & Export
  Video quality: Please submit in at least 1080p. Export at original resolution - avoid "social media" or "compressed" presets. Please don't send us a social media download or screen recording.
  
  
• File Transfer (Dropbox)
  
  • Upload the original video file directly to Dropbox.
  • Please do not upload files that have already been compressed or resized.
    
    
• Quality Review
  
  • Not sure if yours is good enough? Play it back on your phone or computer before uploading. If we have any concerns about quality, we'll always come back to you before rejecting it outright.

By sending us your photo or video, you're giving us permission to use your content on our website, social media and in marketing but only if it's selected. If it's not chosen, we won't use it anywhere. We'll always credit you where we can!
