Thank you for purchasing your new Porta‑Lite Chiropractic Table with us! Please find below the information on how to set up and care for your table, presented in a clear and easy-to-follow format.

What’s In The Box:

1× Porta‑Lite Chiropractic Table
1× Carry Case
1× Adjustable Cushion Set (for thoracic & lumbar regions)
1× Extendable Foot Rest
1× Head Cradle

Opening, Setup & Adjustments:

To open your Porta‑Lite Chiropractic Table, place the folded table gently on its side and release the clasp. Open the legs one side at a time, making sure each one clicks securely into place. Stabilise one end of the table with your foot, then lift it upright. Once upright, you can adjust the table height using the fixed height system built into each leg. Press the release button located on each leg, then slide the lower portion of the leg to the desired setting. Repeat this for all four legs to ensure a level and stable surface. The table includes thoracic and lumbar drop sections for spinal mobilisation techniques. To use a drop section, position your client accordingly, lift the drop section using its lever or hand grip, and then allow it to drop gently into place during treatment. The drop action is subtle but effective, designed to assist in chiropractic adjustments. At the base of the table, the foot rest is extendable to accommodate taller clients and support the lower limbs during spinal work. Simply slide the rest outward to the required length and ensure it is locked in place before use. If your model includes a head cradle, insert the cradle rods into the designated ports at the head end of the table. Use the lever beneath the cradle to adjust the angle for client comfort. The cradle will remain stable under the client's head thanks to its secure locking mechanism.

Folding the Table:

To pack away your table, lower one end gently to the floor while supporting the frame with your foot. Fold each leg back into the base one at a time, taking care not to pinch any cables or fabric. Any detachable accessories, such as the head cradle or cushions, can be placed neatly inside the table before folding it shut.

Client Safety & Usage Tips:

The Porta‑Lite Chiropractic Table supports a maximum working weight of approximately 500 lbs (around 267 kg). To preserve the table’s frame and hinges, ask clients to sit down slowly and avoid jumping or dropping onto the surface. When turning over during treatment, clients should roll gently and with control to avoid applying sudden stress to the joints or upholstery. These precautions will help maintain the structure and extend the life of your equipment.

Upholstery Care & Maintenance:

The table’s upholstery is oil‑ and waterproof, and it resists damage from wax, sweat, and massage oils. To clean it, avoid using harsh disinfectants or alcohol-based sprays. Instead, wipe the surface with a soft cloth soaked in a mild soap solution, then rinse with warm water and allow to air dry. For best results and long-term protection, we recommend using a couch cover during treatments to protect the table from stains and abrasions.
