Really tricky to get this on and had to YouTube instructions and eventually just call someone at your company who very helpfully called me back and told me what to do. Good head rest once you know how to fit it on and secure it.

IT's soft and cushiony. I have an 18 kg client, who is a large lady. I was concerned it may be too narrow for her, but she finds it sooooo comfortable. It's super easy to put up and down and fits under the bed.
