We've grown as a trusted brand in the massage and complimentary healthcare industry to become a supplier of quality products at favourable prices. We are all therapists ourselves so aim to stock products we can afford ourselves but offering the highest quality available on the market.
With that in mind we have spent the last 2 years designing, manufacturing and testing our 275GSM terry towel face rest covers and couch covers.
Yes, you hear it - 275GSM! You won't find a terry towel treatment table face rest cover as high in quality anywhere in the world. We do know of a bespoke service that manufactures a similar weight couch cover product but it is over 2.5 times the price of ours!
We love the new fitted face rest covers and we hope you will too. We've made them a a bit bigger to allow for shrinkage in the first wash which is a common occurrence with all type of terry towel.
We recommend terry towel be washed at 30 degrees for a longer life but can be washed at 40 degrees.

Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands & Islands):
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. We dispatch our orders every day at 12 noon. If we receive your order before 12 noon, it will leave us that very same day. If we receive your order after 12 noon, the order will leave us the following day. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only.
Northern Ireland:
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. Any order received before 12 noon will leave us that same day.
Please note if your final order is oversized/over 2kg it cannot travel with Royal Mail and we need to send it via courier. The cost to courier is £13.50 but you can fit other items in the order (to to 20kg) at no extra delivery cost. The system will automatically calculate your costs based on weight.
Scottish Highlands:
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99

RETURNS
Everyone who works at Massage Warehouse, is or has been in the past, a qualified therapist.We stand behind our products and if for any reason you do not like something or it is not a good fit for you, we will accept it back no questions asked.
We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides enough time for product inspection. For massage tables, please note how it is packaged when it arrives (a photo with your phone may help!) and please keep all the packaging. You can set up the massage table and try it for size but if you think you will return it please do not use it for a treatment.
Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

Georgina Barrett Lower quality & smaller than expected
I spent a while researching these and ended up buying two sets of four. Unfortunately they aren’t well made and the size is smaller than expected — I found it difficult to fit them into the face cradle. I did wash them before use (at 40 degrees) so perhaps they shrank? However, to clean linens between clients I wouldn’t feel comfortable going lower than 40 degrees
