Please note: Every Plinth Couch is made custom to order. With this in mind, please allow an average 3 week lead time for delivery while your couch is being built especially for you!

After you place your order for a Plinth Couch, we will contact you with a delivery questionnaire to be filled out and returned to us. We will then give you an estimated week of delivery. Closer to this week you will be contacted again to arrange a specific date of delivery, giving you time to plan to receive it.

Fully adjustable tattoo chair allowing complete positioning of your clients in comfort. Developed in conjunction with a leading UK tattooist, this chair features a strong medical grade frame able to lift 250kg, a lifetime guarantee on the frame and can be individually tailored to suit all the needs of your studio.

Electric Table: Delivery on this treatment table is FREE within mainland UK. For outside UK, the highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore Islands please get in touch with us for a delivery quote.

Rest of Items on the website: Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. For Plinth Tables please allow up to 5 weeks delivery.

Northern Ireland:

Rest of Items on the website: Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. For Plinth Tables please allow up to 14 days delivery.

The cost to courier is £13.50 but you can fit other items in the order (to to 20kg) at no extra delivery cost. The system will automatically calculate your costs based on weight.

RETURNS

Everyone who works at Massage Warehouse, is or has been in the past, a qualified therapist.We stand behind our products and if for any reason you do not like something or it is not a good fit for you, we will accept it back no questions asked.

We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides enough time for product inspection. For massage tables, please note how it is packaged when it arrives (a photo with your phone may help!) and please keep all the packaging. You can set up the massage table and try it for size but if you think you will return it please do not use it for a treatment.

Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.
