Cheryl Slater Great Item but Delivery a Big Headache
First of all let me say that the item is great. It is as described and is great for my clients.
The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is due to to delivery partner that was used. The item was sent using Yodel which to be honest are absolutely useless.
The day of delivery the driver came within 800 yards of our house as seen on their tracking system then went back home. So that was a day wasted even though you get a 2 hour window they just tend to turn up or not as in this case.
The next day we had another 2 hour window which came and went but the item did turn up later.
The driver although polite couldn’t speak much English so my questions were vaguely answered.
Anyhow both these guys as the retailer and Yodel as the courier received a complaint from myself.
I did get a good response from these guys but Yodel were and still are absolutely terrible.
I would use these again but only if we agree the choice of courier 👍

Very pleased with this purchase. Good quality. Good price. Helps clients to feel relaxed. Easy to clean. Feels luxurious. Good cushioning. Like the dark colour too which matches the head cradle I purchased a while ago. Overall I would highly recommend as this is long lasting and the Velcro has not let me down like some cheaper options that do not hold in place
