After placing my order, Royal Mail failed my delivery. The people at MW did everything they could to resolve my issue. Both people I spoke to were helpful and professional. I was advised I would receive a refund for the carriage I paid to receive goods swiftly but to be honest I’m not sure if I got it however, I haven’t checked.
The products arrived - I am happy with the quality. Unfortunately the face hole doesn’t line up with my table so it was all a waste of time, effort and money for everyone involved.
That’s not to say I wouldn’t recommend or use MW again - I would and will.
It’s just one of those things.
Maybe I’ll win the table, then I’ll have a cover that fits.
Not my greatest purchase but by no means at the fault of the supplier or the product - just the circumstances of delivery and the outcome of the face hole position being in an odd place on my old table.
