HOME & HOTEL MATTRESS MASSAGE KIT

I was a bit worried about buying this product for 2 reasons: I was buying from a company is never heard of, let alone used, and our mattress is 12" deep with an additional 2" topper on top of that, so would the product even be suitable?
Delivery was quicker than the website said it would be and the product arrived well packaged. Not only does it work with my deep mattress, it has the capacity to fit a deeper mattress!
I'm delighted with the product - my wife is able to lie with her head supported without the need to twist her neck or be smothered by pillows while I work the knots out of her neck.
I said in my title that I could make an argument for 5 stars, and here it is: I awarded 4 stars because I felt that 1 in the adjustment screws was a little springy- it makes me think that I've not gotten it tight enough. But it works! There's no movement in it once I've made my adjustments, the missing star is only because I 'feel' the adjustment should be more obviously right, rather than actually being defective in any functional or safety related way.
I love the product, my wife loves the product - I wish I'd discovered it years ago.

Arrived quickly and in great condition and was exactly as described. Easy to use and install and reported as being comfortable too. Very pleased from start to finish with this purchase.

Gamechanger for at home massages

Bit of a squeeze if your bed has sides that rise up the side of the mattress a little but I managed fine.
