I bought this as I’m entirely mobile and I am reliant on public transport on getting to/from my clients addresses for their appointments. I liked the idea of having wheels on the underside meaning I could pull the case along rather than having to carry it for miles on end. This case, for me atleast, has not made the process easier, if anything, it’s made it more frustrating. The wheels are too small, only 2 of them pivot making steering somewhat difficult. The excess space above the bed gives it the ability to lean and fall meaning that the case is constantly falling to one side or the other. So far the only ‘fix’ have been able to make work is wrapping a large luggage strap on the outside of the case meaning the bed isn’t able to lean inside the carry case.
I bought this case as I’m entirely mobile and medically not allowed to drive, so I’m reliant on public transport and carrying my equipment to clients addresses. I bought this carry case as I’d hoped it would make my commute to a clients house effortless with the case having wheels, meaning i’d not have to carry my current bed over my shoulder resulting in an aching and bruised shoulder. While the case does in-fact roll, the bottom of the case has so little support, the bed is forever leaning over and causing the case to fall when being pulled along whilst walking. This results in having to constantly make ‘steering inputs’ to guide the case. I feel that there needs to be more weight in the bottom of the case to make it more stable and prevent the constant wobbling. Over several hundred metres of terrain that isn’t absolutely perfectly smooth, the case is a disaster and more of a hinderance than a help. Another let down is only 2 of the 4 wheels actually pivot, making manoeuvring the case is smaller rooms pretty difficult to impossible. Had I known the case was going to be this bad. I’d have saved myself the £80 and put up with the aching shoulder..
I've purchased some terrible carry cases in the past, but I saw a colleague of mine with one of these she'd had for 10 years and it still looked brand new. On receiving, now I know why. Super sturdy, great material, chunky zips, and handles which pull the bed into you, instead of fighting to carry it as it pulls away from you. A little heavier with the wheel base (these do now spin contrary to 1-star review on here). If you don't desperately need these I'd choose one without, but this is perfect for me. Ample room for a stool (the folding beauty stool from massage warehouse) my pillow, couch roll, and lash lamp. This has transformed my mobile services!! 😊
Only used once so far, found it much easier than carrying the case.
The bed fits in the bag and helps me stay organised but that’s where the joy ends , the wheels don’t have 360 rotations so only likes to be pulled one way making it difficult to manoeuvre around with
