The actual dimensions of the case are 92cm x 26cm x 72cm.

DELIVERY

Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands & Islands):

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. We dispatch our orders every day at 12 noon. If we receive your order before 12 noon, it will leave us that very same day. If we receive your order after 12 noon, the order will leave us the following day. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only. 

Northern Ireland:

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99. Any order received before 12 noon will leave us that same day.

Please note if your final order is oversized/over 2kg it cannot travel with Royal Mail and we need to send it via courier. The cost to courier is £13.50 but you can fit other items in the order (to to 20kg) at no extra delivery cost. The system will automatically calculate your costs based on weight.

Scottish Highlands: 

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99. Only £3.97 for orders under £99

RETURNS

Everyone who works at Massage Warehouse, is or has been in the past, a qualified therapist.We stand behind our products and if for any reason you do not like something or it is not a good fit for you, we will accept it back no questions asked.

We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides enough time for product inspection. For massage tables, please note how it is packaged when it arrives (a photo with your phone may help!) and please keep all the packaging. You can set up the massage table and try it for size but if you think you will return it please do not use it for a treatment.

Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

King of carry cases

I had bought this case about 4 years back and was still in good nick until a client's dog chewed it up a few months ago. This case was out of stock at the time, so had to buy an inferior case from another supplier. It proved to be a costly mistake, so as soon as this case came back in stock for my wide width table, I ordered it straight away. As soon as it arrived, I threw my poor excuse of a carry case in the bin, and wrapped my massage table in a more familiar and worthy skin.
This case is strong, protective, sturdy and roomy even for my extra wide width Delta II massage massage table. The padded bottom is excellent to protect case from floor scratches, the straps and handles allow me to confidently pick up the case to carry up flights of stairs. The full zips allows me to access the table without pulling a shoulder muscle. Truly the King of Carry Cases !!

Excellent Quality

This carry case fitted my table perfectly. It's very well made and feels good quality. The handle makes it easy to carry and it has a nice strong zip.

Standard Carry Case

The only problem is the positioning of the shoulder strap which is awkward; maybe another strap could be added to achieve a more centralised balance.

Good but Not Perfect

Sturdy and spacious inside - makes up for the very small pocket on the front. The long strap attached to the front feels awkwardly positioned, making it difficult to carry unless I cross it over my body. Otherwise it’s a decent cover.

Excellent Quality Bag

This is by far the best massage couch carry bag I have purchased. The bag is made of a sturdy material and has reinforced pads at the bottom of the bag where usually this can wear. The zips are chunky and look hard wearing. I am very pleased.
