I ordered the Earthworks touch + couch but when I got it I felt it wasn't laying flat in the middle, I got in touch with massage warehouse , they explained that it need about 10 treatments for it to settle. Even though it was a great in every other way, super sturdy and ergonomic, I decided it wasn't for me and sent it back. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and reimbursed me. I gave 5 stars for customer service and will go back to them to get a different couch in the near future.
These Face Cradles are much more robust than the ones that come with some couches, so I highly recommend them. The ergonomic ones are even better! Massage Warehouse themselves are a brilliant company and have always been a pleasure to deal with.

This is an excellent massage couch. Clients love the padding, style and comfort. It’s super light and easy to carry around. I work in London and can effectively travel with it across London Underground, bus system etc. I highly recommend it.
Quality service as always from massage warehouse. And the product is fantastic perfectly sized for the bed and really good quality and thickness which I wasn’t really expecting. Very happy will be ordering more in the future
