Stool was delivered quickly & is very comfortable, however the lever to adjust height is at the back of the stool, which means you have to twist awkwardly to adjust it.
I emailed MW & after a bit of toing & froing, was finally informed that this is the design & it was suggested I stand up to adjust it - It is pressure adjusted so you need to sit on it to do so!
Disappointing design & Disappointing after sales service. I feel totally fobbed off. My husband has unscrewed the mechanism and turned it round, which probably now invalidated the warantee, but rather that than put my back out!
I had to write this review as this bed is just fabulous. Lightweight, easy to set up and comfortable as well! Very impressive for an entry level price, well worth the money.

I found the Porta-Lite Delta I very easy to carry around London on the Tube and bus. At 10.3 kg, it’s lightweight but still sturdy, and the 25″ width is comfortable for most clients. The aluminium frame feels solid and reliable. It’s a good balance between portability and comfort — ideal for mobile massage therapists. Overall, I’m very pleased with it.
All my clients have found this bolster to be really comfortable :)
